Refund Policy
All appointment scheduling fees are non-refundable. All sales are final, regardless of the condition or outcome of the results, including but not limited to collected samples that do not meet quality requirements. In this case, the laboratory may require additional samples from the tested parties; failure of the tested parties to give additional samples for any reason when asked will not constitute a refund of any sales or fees paid. Should the additional samples not meet quality requirements, a new case must be opened and new charges will apply.
Copies of the test results will only be given to the tested parties. Test results typically take 2-5 business days but this turnaround time is not guaranteed. No discounts or refunds shall be given for delayed or inconclusive test results. Tests are processed at an AABB laboratory. As a client/tested party, you agree to hold us harmless from any liability arising from suspected error-included and erroneous test results.
